Today I have to work alone from 4pm to midnight in the only fucking convenience store in town that's going to be open. It's going to be busy as fuck.

But fuck it. I'll bring my copy of Cruel Shoes with me anyway and give occasional dramatic readings of The Gift of the Magi Indian Giver to unsuspecting customers.

So at work yesterday some skateboarders came in to grab drinks, when what comes on the radio but Always by Erasure.

And they start singing along.

And I think to myself, "...Hail, fellow /v/irgins." :D

I've been promoted somewhat to Assistant Manager. Now I get to wear the Ass Badge. Woo.

Hung out with Punk Boy. Didn't hit it but it was awesome nonetheless. He JUST dropped me and Caitlin off at home. This entry time lies: it's damned near 5 am as we speak.

Caitlin shavedededed my head. It looks fucking brilliant.

Also, IN THE BAG.

Remember that friend of my sister that I want to hit like the fist of an angry godthink is hotcakes? Welp, she ran into him last night, and I think we all need to hang out together. *serious nod*

We got robbed at work last night, and I'm very glad I had the night off. o.o

No one was hurt thankfully.

Had orientation/class thing today. It lasted 4 hours and involved crap I already knew about but was pretty cool. I start working tomorrow.

Still waiting for the background check to come back, but Cathy, the manager, got the last of my paperwork and whatnot squared away.

Fulltime.

Floating between second and third shift.

Starting pay more than my ending pay at 7-Eleven.
